Course Overview

This course has been designed to increase productivity across the entire club. The course combines a two-day sales course with a 1 day customer service course, a team-building day and a follow up site visit. This popular course provides essential training for all staff involved with the member experience, increasing new sales and retaining current members and staff.

Course Content Includes:

  • 1 day Customer service:
    • An overview of the basics: The art of giving good service
    • Evaluation: taking an honest look at your service
    • Learn the 6 basic customer needs
    • Create a customer friendly attitude
    • Develop good habits to help retention
  • 1 day Team Building
    • Increasing team morale
    • Focus on the internal customer
    • Learn about your team's behavior style
    • Understand how to handle conflict
    • Problem solving and team challenges
    • Increase trust and confidence within your team
  • 1 day Consulting and one to one coaching
    • Check staff are implementing the previous training
    • Mini work shops based on findings
    • One to one coaching

Who should attend?

The whole team would benefit from all courses, this also helps eliminate the "us and them" culture. If you would like to split up departments that works too! Sales department - sales accelerator, Customer service - reception, F&B, Gym etc., team building - full team.

Format

To maximise effect it is recommended that all courses takes place in the same month with the follow up site visit 1 or 2 months after the initial training. The format is of course flexible depending on each club's needs. Full notes provided.
